How do I find my ring size?

Make sure that the measurement at the top in the red bar is the correct size before using your printed ring sizer.
Will my size be exact?
No, due to the process of hand stamping in each letter, rings can stretch to be up to 1/2 size larger. The more characters you choose the larger your ring will be.
Will my stamped words be perfectly straight?
No, each piece is hand stamped, slight variation in spacing or alignment adds to the uniqueness of your item.

When I send Simpli Stamped a message, when can I expect a response?
Simpli Stamped will be open 7 days a week for orders, but only open for correspondence Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:00 pm. I try my very best to respond to all messages within 24 hours and answer messages on a first come, first served basis, so please be patient.
Is there anything I can do if I order last minute and my order won't arrive in time?

What is your international shipping policy?
I am happy to ship all over the world! Please understand though if you are in another country other than the US that you may be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your customs office/or postal service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. Simpli Stamped is not responsible for these fees or if your package gets held in customs because you haven't paid your fees. If your package is in customs and not picked up by you within a reasonable amount of time they will ship it back and you will not receive a refund if your item was personalized. If you would then like your package shipped back out to you, you will need to pay for shipping again.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, I do offer wholesale pricing on non-personalized items and bulk orders. Please contact me for more information.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All of my items come wrapped in an adorable box, wrapped in twine tied with a bow. If you would like to mail your gift directly to the recipient, please message me with their information. I will also include a handwritten note for free if you would like!
